• 10&11.2010- Discussed, prayed, and decided to adopt!!
• 12.12.10- Decided on the country of Russia
• 12.26.10- Shared the news with Melissa's parents
• 12.27.10- Recieved book from Rhonda in mail (Bible Promises for You) and the first page I opened it up to was on Patience....Such a great sign!
• 12.31.10- Shared the news with Caleb's familiy on his 31st Birthday
• 01.03.11- Looking into more agency to compare....
• 03.25.11- Requested info from yet another prospective agency....
• 07.18.11- Sent off application to AAC!!!
• 07.25.11- Call from agency stating application accepted! Contract arrived in mail same day.
• 07.29.11- Contacted and recieved homestudy forms/info
• 08.22.11- Sent signed contract to agency
• 08-09.11- Paperwork...Paperwork...
• 09.24.11- Sent off FBI background check fingerprints
• 10.21.11- Homestudy visit
• 10.28.11- Finished our 10 hours of Adoption Education
• 11.01.11- Recieved Russian Registry paperwork
• 11.13.11- Signed and sent off Russian Registry paperwork
• 11.21.11- Recieved Homestudy Draft
• 12.02.11- Recieved Caleb's FBI results
• 12.05.11- Recieved Melissa's FBI results
• 12.09.11- Recieved Finalized Homestudy
• 12.12.11- Sent off I-600
• 01.04.12- Sent last document of our initial dossier to our agency! (the goofed FBI results)
• 01.09.12- USCIS Biometrics Appointment
• 01.27.12- USCIS approval
• 02.20.12- REFERRAL Call!!!
• 02.23.12- Offical acceptance of Referral after speaking with IA Doc
• 03.17.12- 1st Trip to Moscow, Russia
• 03.22.12- Met James for the first time!
• 06.08.12- Recieved Court date and travel dates for Trip2!
• 06.15.12- Recieved Trip 3 travel dates :)
• 06.16.12- James turns 1 year old!
• 07.14.12-07.18.12- Trip 2: Courtdate July 17th!
• 08.25.12-09.01.12- Trip 3 Final trip! (GOTChA Day August 27, 2012)
